Neatia :: ChatGPT Client & Prompt Editor

Neatia is a native MacOS application that allows for users to create prompts and trigger them with commands with ease.

This requires your own Open AI API Key to use, which you can get here.

The application is completely FREE (set $0 in Name a fair price).

Neatia is easily spawnable via a shortcut that can be customized. The default hotkey is (⌥ + N). The basic experience for this window is a quick access ChatGPT input/output experience.

I have had trouble storing, sharing and iterating over my engineered prompts. Neatia features an ability to do so. And in the future, added functionality for organization.

The Prompt Studio allows you to not only create roles, provide instructions, but also exposes advanced tuning parameters. Default hotkey is (⌥ + P).

Users also have the ability to export and import prompts into Neatia using the custom file format .neatia. The resulting shareable, is encrypted and allows you to protect your generations and IP.

This initial release will have some base system prompts developed by Neatia/myself that are free for use to get started, but otherwise will require a subscription and will be accessible from the Mac App Store variant. As more will be added and/or updated over time.

They still use user inputs for training, right?

Read this statement by OpenAI themselves. And yes, Neatia DOES NOT and WILL NOT opt in to share data.

It still says they retain for 30 days for "abuse"?
Yes it's the only risk unfortunately. Doubtful it will be used, sensitively they must notify you if so.

Soon enough, Neatia will have a collection of offline models for you to use without internet connection (besides downloading the model itself).

NOTES

Bard functionality is coming. Allowing users to select not only the LLM versioning, but the Engine class of their respective LLMs. Along with Bard, Neatia's as well.

3.5-Turbo, with well written prompts can produce high quality outputs. Sometimes using GPT-4 to help with such can help in saving costs.
